Estates up to £250,000: From £2,500 + VAT
Estates £250,001 - £500,000: From £3,500 + VAT
Estates over £500,000: From £4,500 + VAT (or 1% of estate value)
Additional Services
Grant of probate application only: From £750 + VAT
Estate accounts preparation: From £500 + VAT
Inheritance tax return (IHT400): From £750 + VAT
Property sales: Conveyancing fees apply separately
Complex Estates
Multiple properties or overseas assets: POA
Estate disputes or contested wills: POA
Missing beneficiaries: Additional £500 + VAT per beneficiary search
